My brother got married in May to Tiffany, she is an amazing girl! She has a daughter named Abbey and she is the sweetest baby girl! I instantly fell in love with both of them...=) Tiffany is my seester! I always wanted a seester! lol (kind of an inside joke on the "seester" thing I guess) I just wish I could see them more! I was so excited for them both, and am so glad my big brother finally found someone to give his heart to! Im so proud of him for the man he is and that he is becoming as a husband and a father! Im so blessed to have them in my life, and it has definitely brought me and Kevin closer than we have ever been!
The next thing is....I won a trip! I got on my email and was reading and deleting junk...well Im glad I didnt junk the email from Marlboro.com! I opened it up and it said "call now to R.S.V.P." I thought....theres no way!!!! Well I called and one of the first things I said was "whats the catch?" The reason I asked that, was because the Friday before I received a sweepstakes thing in the mail to win a trip to the Marlboro Ranch and they were going to draw 100 people to go, but the drawing wasnt until June something...So I thought it was something to do with that....Well boy, was I wrong! We received our paperwork to fill out for eligibility, sent that in, and a couple weeks later we got our dates! We are going to Montana in September!!!! I am so excited! Ive never won anything like this, so it came as a shock for sure! I am really nervous though, Ive never been on a plane!!!!! Im sure I will be fine, but it still makes me nervous...=)
Papa (James H. Fowler) Passed away last month, After a terrible battle with Alzheimers, Parkinsons, and he also had fluid that built up on his chest (lungs, around his heart etc.) He left this world very peacefully...and for that I am very grateful! He was a wonderful man, and I have such wonderful memories with him! I miss him very much and cant wait to see him again some day! I know that he is so happy in Heaven and so I cant say that I would want him back...he wouldnt have ever gotten better with his illness so how could I want him back...I have a promise from the Lord that through my salvation, there will be a great reunion day and I cling to that! I cant wait for that day...I just hope that when my time comes that people will have memories of me like I do with Papa....He testified and quoted the bible to anyone that would stand still for him to! And even some that wouldnt! lol He made an impact in my life, as did my other grandfather and both my grandmothers....keep my granny, and Nana in your prayers. That their days wont be lonesome, and that they find comfort in knowing that they will be at that glad reunion someday too!
Lets see, next....Joshua is here for two weeks! Im so glad to have him here, ive missed him bunches! Harley is a wild one though...I worried about having an extra child just because my two are such a handful....well its only Harley that is being crazy!!! lol (which is not that unusual anyway)
Payton has an appointment with her orthopedic doctor tomorrow, hoping for good news with it! (see post before this one for more info on that)
We had a great Fathers Day weekend, It rained all weekend, but we enjoyed hanging out at home...Me and the kids went to church and they had a great Fathers Day message! Joshua enjoyed going, this was the second time I have taken him to church. (His family doesnt go to church) So he will get to go again next Sunday...I think we may go Wednesday night...I want him to go home and make them take him to church! =) I dont get to usually go when we go to Georgia cause we leave fairly early on Sundays....
So blessed! I have had so many great things happening lately, I cant even think of them all! ;) Hope everyone has a wonderful week! Gonna get the house picked up so I can keep up with these boys! whew!
